At the project's outset, we presented diverse design approaches to our software partner, Ideo Digital, and the Israeli Ministry of Education. These concepts underwent scrutiny by the National Students Body, empowering students to choose the app's creative direction.
Visual Identity
Color Palette
Responding to the National Students Body's desire for a youthful yet sophisticated color scheme, we curated an 'ice cream' palette. These colors aim to resonate with teenagers, offering a friendly and calming experience. Each color corresponds to a key area within the app.
Navigation Bar
We introduced a customized set of icons for the navigation bar, supplanting the traditional hamburger menu. Each icon adopts a distinctive color, symbolizing the thematic essence of its respective page.
Creatives
We meticulously designed visual elements for empty states, menus, and prompts within the app. These minimalist, two-dimensional creatives complement the content, prioritizing functionality over unnecessary distractions.
Functionality
Grades and Simulator
Empowering every high school student, the app facilitates a review of past exam grades and allows simulation of future exams. This feature aids in setting desired grade targets for achieving their academic goals.
Events
The app boasts personalized schedules for each student, ensuring they stay organized with their exam dates, classes, and holidays.
Exercise
The Israeli Ministry of Education equips students with an extensive exercise library and solutions, offering a comprehensive tool for exam preparation. For an advanced learning experience, students can register for small-group lessons and even access resources to study for their theoretical driving exam.
